A valid proof of purchase (POP) is a Tradelink receipt from a Tradelink store that includes the below information:

• Receipt number
• Valid purchase date
• Eligible Caroma products
• A minimum total of $500, $1000 or $3000 made in a single transaction
• A minimum total of $500, $1000 or $3000 comprising eligible Caroma products only

You should receive your e-voucher via email from Card.Gift within 5 working days of a validated submission. Your mailbox might detect the email as spam, so check your junk folder. If you don't receive your e-voucher within 5 working days, please email [email protected].

Caroma and Tradelink have partnered with Card.Gift for the delivery of e-vouchers via email. The email will provide instructions on how to activate the e-voucher code and download the e-voucher to your digital wallet.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your claim has been validated and approved. If you don't receive confirmation, check your junk folder or email [email protected]

The maximum size of a proof of purchase upload is 5MB, and accepted file types are png, jpg and pdf. If you have tried the above and are still unable to upload, please email the file as an attachment and add your name to the subject line and we will attempt to upload it for you. You can enter multiple times, provided each entry meets the requirements outlined above in the 'What is a valid proof of purchase?'.

Please check that the total of eligible products on your proof or purchase meets a minimum cashback level. Only products in the 'Eligible Caroma products' list on this page count towards each cashback level. Please also check that your proof of purchase includes all of the necessary details as outlined above in the 'What is a valid proof of purchase?'.
